What you contract

The products and services offered on this website (menus, events, vouchers…), with the description, price and conditions stated for each one.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros, VAT included. The price charged is the one shown when you book or buy.

Card payments are made on the secure payment gateway of Redsys (TPV virtual del banco), with strong customer authentication (3-D Secure). Cuevas Inhala never receives or stores your card details.

You will receive a receipt for each payment by email. You can request an invoice by sending us your tax details.

Cancellations and refunds

Refunds are made by the same payment method, usually within 3 to 10 working days depending on your bank.

For orders and purchases, the cancellation conditions are those stated for each product or service; if none are stated, the above apply.

Right of withdrawal

Under article 103 l) of the Spanish consolidated General Consumer Protection Act (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), there is no right of withdrawal for catering and leisure services with a specific date or period of performance, such as table reservations and events. Otherwise the cancellation conditions above apply.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts with jurisdiction under the law; if you are a consumer, those of your place of residence.
